Youth Action is working towards a society where all young people are valued, engaged and supported. As part of this vision, we need a strong project coordinator.
In this role, you will engage directly with a diverse group of young people as well as youth services to create change for young people in Western Sydney. You’ll develop creative approaches to youth engagement and development and link in with a wide range of stakeholders to make sure young people can access the supports they need.
You will have a good knowledge of youth services and the issues affecting young people. Your analytical skills will inform the interventions you propose and you will be skilled at getting things done. You’ll be confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders in the youth services sector and ideally have experience working with Aboriginal, CALD and LGBTQI groups.
And, of course, your personal mission will be to enhance the well-being of our young people in NSW.
