Outreach Vaccination Clinics for Young People Survey
Youth Action is looking to facilitate COVID19 vaccination access for young people. If you think that having a mobile vaccination clinic could help young people get vaccinated complete the survey below. The information will be sent to NSW Health to help coordinate Health, the relevant LHD and youth workers assist young people to get vaccinated.
