Local Government Youth Development Network

The Local Government & Youth Development Network is made up of youth development workers in local government areas (LGA's). These workers usually take a role for local service planning and community development initiatives for the LGA.

Youth Action hosts quarterly meetings of LG&YDN and manages an email exchange for these workers to share information, called the Forum of Youth Development Officers (FYDO).

The dates for the LG&YDN meetings for 2017 are:

  • 14 March (Mt. Druitt Hub)
  • 13 June (location TBC)
  • 5 September (location TBC)
  • 7 November (location TBC).

All meetings will run from 10am until 12pm unless notified otherwise.
